HootSheets is made for parents and the children they look after. We collect as little as we can, never sell data, and show no ads.

Children

• Children never create accounts or enter an email. A parent adds each child with a first name or nickname, an avatar and a level.
• We keep each child's activity results (which activity, level, score and time) so parents can see progress.
• Drawings stay on the device they were made on.

Parents

• Without an account, everything is stored only on your device.
• If you create an account, we store your email address, your children's profiles and results so they sync between your devices. Accounts are hosted by Supabase in the United States.
• Photo checking: when you photograph a finished sheet, the photo is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) only to read the answers. We don't store the photo.

Payments

Subscriptions are handled by the App Store, Google Play or Lemon Squeezy (on the web), with RevenueCat managing app subscriptions. We never see your card details; we only receive whether your plan is active.

Your choices

• Delete a child's profile and results at any time from their progress page.
• Sign out and remove data from a device from the Account page.
• To delete your account and all its data, contact us using the address below.
